The chemical composition of Malleable Iron joint is low carbon medium silicon and appropriate proportion of manganese and sulfur. Scrap steel can be used as the main raw material, and even scrap iron can be used as the raw material.The sulfur content of Malleable Iron is relatively higher than that of other cast iron, which is beneficial to the smelting of Malleable Iron in cupola.Malleable Iron joint has the advantages of low cost, high efficiency, high quality and uniform technology, stable performance and convenient removal of casting pouring riser.

Advantage
After passivation and galvanizing double antirust treatment, the corrosion resistance of Malleable Iron joint is greatly improved and its service life is long, which is far longer than the service life of cast iron fastener.The new type of connection has strong anti stripping ability. After chemical polishing of Malleable Iron joint, the micro protruding part of the pipe in the chemical medium is preferentially dissolved than the concave part, so as to obtain a smooth surface.The main advantage of this method is that it does not need complex equipment, can polish the workpiece with complex shape, can polish many workpieces at the same time, and has high efficiency.At the same time, the plastic coating process is adopted, and epoxy resin powder is coated inside the joint.
